Accountable for the direction, performance, and ongoing health of HAP’s Information Technology standards and solution architectures. Executive-level leader of a 35-person infrastructure operations organization comprised of Solutions Architecture, DBA, Application Support, IT Service Management, WebSphere administration, SharePoint development, Help Desk, and Workload Automation teams.


Instituted program to develop, enhance, and publish/communicate HAP’s IT technology standards on a quarterly basis.


Established the Technical Subcommittee (TSC), and the Architecture Review Board (ARB) governance processes to ensure all new technology designs and IT purchases align with HAP’s IT standards, policies, and strategic direction. Facilitator of the bi-weekly ARB meeting.


Mentored Solution Architects in conducting technical reviews and presenting solutions to HAP executives (CIO, Associate VPs), including architecture modeling and formalization of executive presentations. 


Drove increased SLA accountability by publishing executive dashboards tracking incident management, provisioning, database availability, and customer satisfaction survey metrics.


Developed an enterprise-wide model of HAP’s applications, databases, application ownership, IT staff, and the relationships between them using a graph visualization engine.
